Digital Novice

The Digital Novice provides a basic source of information on the digital communication modes available with the current Novice class Amateur Radio License issued by the Federal Communications Commission. It's a primer on data communication written at the beginner level that's both memorable and easy to read. To insure success, fun is emphasized!

What is Novice

1.
